First Internet Famous Class
The first Internet Famous class of Fall 2008 was held on tuesday evening in the Parsons building on 5th ave in Manhattan.
Present and teaching were Jamie Wilkinson, developer of the famed Famotron software, and James Powderly, of Graffiti Resarch Lab, fresh from chinese prison. Evan Roth, also from GRL, was present via skype video chat from Hong Kong, where he lives now.

The class was pretty much a run down of everybody’s projects and a quick review of the past week in famo. There are a number of interesting projects, ranging from established business plans to fictional narratives and party photo blogs. It will be interesting to see what makes it and what doesnt.
The past week in famo was pretty straightforward with Sarah Palin topping the charts. Im not sure whether all this publicity is good or bad, but I sure as hell know that I dont want her in the White House.
Otherwise the list consisted of a lot of stuff I had already seen, including one of my favorite tv news bloopers: The Grape Lady. behold:
i also just ran across this grape lady music video, somewhat humorous:
anyhow, i gotta get to some other things, so check out the rest of the week in famo over at http://internetfamo.us . there, you can also keep tabs on the class to see who gets famo first!
